      Do not be swayed by the mention of "growth and career opportunities" just because it is a new company.

      Pros

      There is the promise that one might have ownership of a department. It has yet to be seen.

      Cons

      There is a complete lack of respect for the employees from the field up through the corporate office. The leadership of the company often talks about field agents being "idiots" and "uneducated" but do nothing to help empower or help them pursue continued education. On several occasions the C-suite had displayed a disregard for professionalism by yelling and accosting employees in front of the entire office.
