AMAZING people and amazing company. The company does so much for its employees and takes care of everyone. Everything from weekly happy hours to company trips. The work environment is very fun and engaging

Cons

Long work hours. But they tell you that from the start Starting salary could be a bit better

Everyone at Connecteam has welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning. Seriously, I haven't met so many nice people in one place. Not only was my opinion considered from day one, everyone pushes you to speak your mind and through your ideas. I may be biased, but it really is the best place to work at.

Cons

It's ruined all future jobs for me :)

Connecteam for me is the best balance between working hard, always staying professional and giving the best service to our customers ant on the other hand having fun! you work in a family environment and get all the help you need to succeed. you'r in-depended but always a part of a team that has you back and runs together for the same goal.

Cons

Constant change and growth and long hours (but definitely worth the value)
