Pros
1. This company actually builds its people and cares about them. I started as a marketing coordinator, which is an entry level position. Soon I felt as im being cared about and appreciated and found my self getting promoted. 2. there are no borders for employees. Meaning, if any employee from the company wants to help other departments / wants to try new initiatives, it will always be approved 3. They take pride in values and company culture. It feels for me as the main objective of the senior management here is not to reach KPIs or maximize revenue. But it is to actually help their customers with daily struggles, and to make employees satisfied beyond their working hours.
Cons
I would say the only con is the traffic to get to the office.. but this is Tel Aviv
