Cons

Micromanaging Managers that bully employees, multiple employees have left within a month because of a manager harassing their employees and HR did nothing to reprimand the manager Employees are harassed if they are not perfect Raises are minimal 2%-5% a year

It’s remote work, with a decently flexible schedule

Cons

Outdated technology to which make sales so much harder, and too many platforms that make the process difficult. Too many useless team calls, Outdated data with leads that do not want to hear the company’s name You really will just call the same numbers almost every day and get on no call lists

If you are in sales and perform well you will be treated very well with a lot of perks. Trips, etc. vendors always have great incentives

Cons

Salaries are way below average.
