Working remote needs to be embraced

Pros

Benefits are truly amazing. Lots of perks. This is the best part of this job.

Cons

Compensation and raises could be a lot better. It is very important that you continue embracing remote work whenever possible. Managers need to truly learn how to manage remote workers. Focus on results instead of where people are located. Times are tough. Gas prices are high, rent and groceries are through the roof. Being remote saves both the company money and the employees. You don’t need so many buildings. It will also allow you to hire employees in diverse areas. The push for in office work only benefits older men. It truly hurts women and workers raising young families. Employees are too stressed out to be forced to be in office.
