      The HR department worked diligently and with great integrity to assist me in coming on board. I'm very happy to be here, and the wonderful people in HR are but one reason for this.

      To be honest, I've yet to see any cons.

      A fair accessment of Wilmington

      Pros

      People you work with are very good with the exception of a few. Laid back as far as working, your not rushed. Work is easy most of the time.

      Cons

      Starting pay is below par, but you know this going into the job, don't complain afterwards, you agreed to it. Favoritism with "some" management giving the good jobs to those that are friends. Didn't ever except 3 or 4 times get 40 hours, was around 35 to 37 hours per week, not enough work in order selector department.

Then, there are those few who do not rise to the occasion. We are pleased you found the work environment to your liking. It is imperative that our total rewards strategy remains competitive to retain our valued employees and attract new talent. As a result, we routinely examine the local labor market to ensure that our wages are appropriate for the responsibilities assigned. Additions to the management team in Wilmington, OH have occurred recently. We believe those additions will have a positive impact in the Distribution Center.
