      Pros

      The coworkers are extremely smart engineers/architects - can successfully consult, design and implement complex solutions! They are always willing to give you a hand and provide an advice! Our engineers are the best in the industry! We ALWAYS get great feedback from our customers and our customers love us so do we! Good work/life balance for the most part. You get what you put in - and management notices it! So for us, hardworking engineers, it is a big plus as we get rewarded for our work! Lots of training is provided as well. Great management - always open to your opinion and is pleasure to work with, They value your quality of work and don't micromanage which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Travel policies could be more generous. Other than that - can't think of any.

      Pros

      The people are great.

      Cons

      Depending on your group there is not always much room for advancement. The pay is relatively low and if you work any time outside of "normal hours" and have a holiday or vacation time you are working for free or expected to make up the time even if you are salaried.

Relative to your comment on advancement, half of all jobs are filled inside the Company and many managers and professional staff have been the beneficiary of promotions and employees have the ability to bid on any job in any department. We do benchmark our compensation and feel that we are competitive in the areas we compete in for talent.

      The entire team from VP on down wants to see all succeed and all are willing to help all to do exactly that.

      Cons

      days that this office closes should match when the Government closes not the Corporate calendar in New Hampshire

      Thank you for your review on Glassdoor. We are glad you feel positive that you are getting support from the entire team including your Vice President. While some employees work in the public sector, we do support the commercial sector as well and most our Holidays are aligned to the Federal Holidays but not all as you observed. We appreciate your recognition of the differences in the Public Sector vs SMB. Hence, our sales organizations are segmented so that our teams can focus on the particular needs of their particular markets.
