      Pros

      Lots of career opportunities within the company. Very impressive technical sales and solution architect teams. Reliable, long standing company with consistency.

      Cons

      Not always the quickest to getting things done. Whether it be getting things done internally or working with new manufacturers, things could always be done a lot quicker. We're a sales company in a very competitive landscape...if we can't implement new strategies or work with new companies quickly, it's only putting us at a disadvantage.

      Pros

      Good work/Life balance, good compensation. The work can be challenging, but you have to make it so. The company has some fun events for everything, HR works hard to keep things interesting with onsite/offsite parties, snacks, sporting events.

      Cons

      Lots of dead weight people doing very little. The company has a mix of professionals and non-professionals, all are treated the same, kind of like a high school mentality. The professionals do not need this.

      Pros

      strong tenure at this company. Collaborate supportive and caring.

      Cons

      pay is a bit low, although market research is done, but often times you take on more in your role and that can take time to catch up on pay.
