Thanks for your comments about the great culture here at PC Connection. We feel we have a very well defined career path and there are advancement opportunities. The majority of our positions are filled internally and jobs are posted for staff to bid on and win based on their qualifications and performance. We encourage you to discuss your career potential with your Manager or Human Resources. We feel our salaries are competitive for the areas in which we compete for talent, and we regularly review our compensation and benchmark them to similar companies. Our low attrition rate particularly in our support areas is a testament to this.

We agree that we have some very talented individuals both in Leadership and Technical roles. We do appreciate your feedback in terms of being a remote employee and sometimes feeling isolated.
