Pros

Great people, great culture. The benefits are good, especially the time off policy.

Cons

The systems are outdated and need to be updated. Overall the company is slow to make changes although there are some departments that are able to move things along more quickly.

Pros

This company has decent benefits and overall a good culture. The only reason I stayed with the company as long as I did was because of my customers and my coworkers, NOT including any management. Interview process was thorough and timely. HOWEVER, this is a case by case basis.

Cons

POOR management. Everything is great here until you need to ask for help. While the sales training team was wonderful, they cannot hold your hand every minute of the day. new hires still need guidance and support from their managers at times, things that were non existent from my manager. HR was completely useless, a bunch of children who don't understand a thing about employee/employer relations or conflict resolution.

PC Connection does not depend on the Sales Assessment as the sole determinant in its hiring process. A candidates work history and questions centered around the ability to do the job in question are also key components in the selection process. It is worth noting however, that the Sales Assessment has been validated as a tool to utilize in the hiring process and the assessment we use for sales is very common and utilized by many Fortune 1000 Companies.
