Pros

A publicly traded company that many haven't heard of.

Cons

The internal operations are outdated, marketing is almost non-existent. Extremely inequitable for sales reps. Only the old reps get the best accounts and they keep collecting.

Could be better, used to be better

Pros

The people are the best! There is money to be made here, once you get to the level of straight commission. Benefits are pretty good. Vacation time is great.

Cons

Morale has been decreasing for a while. Pay structure for sales reps has not changed in 20+ years and we are not allowed to discuss it. Previous upper management had an open door policy. Only a few have that now. Some of the top producing reps have left the company in the last two months after being there for 15+ years.
