      Pros

      For some, a decent wage might lure them in. Not really a “pro” when you figure out the truth.

      Cons

      Everyone is told they have the potential to grow. There’s just not enough room for everyone to grow. Hope you have a fuel efficient vehicle, because you’ll be driving your own vehicle all over creation to get to work. You’re also going to provide your own tools. All of a sudden, that wage doesn’t go very far.

      Disorganized. Not enough vehicles. Training is faked. Constantly playing catchup. Management lies and then gets passive aggressive if caught.
