      Poor Management, Long hours Employees are still friends

      Pros

      The employees i worked with were great, and are still friends. The only reason i gave them a 2 is because of the other employees and definitely not management.

      Cons

      Management is singularly concerned with themselves and not willing to take others opinions. 50-60 hour work weeks on salary is not considered abnormal for anyone other than management. Communication is terrible.

      None. They were false promises.

      Cons

      Between the hostile work environment and excessively crude language from the leads - extremely basic functions of a contractor were hard for this company to accomplish. (Correct prints, having enough supplies, sending enough technicians, etc)
