Pros

I can think of none.

Cons

-They pay you very little and expect you do a lot. -You're about as valuable to them as your last good month of sales. -They have a very HIGH turn over rate -Managers are known to make up random write ups to fire you if they don't like you. Not because you're not a good sells person. For just not liking you. - They will randomly move you to different store locations without your consent. (Mostly to fill in for someone who just quit, because a lot of people quit) -They hire people really young and promote them really quickly, because they can control them, but the minute you start speaking your mind or disagreeing with the higher ups. They fire you. -You're expected to be at work the next day if your store is robbed.

This post reminds me of the Snickers commercial... Are you Hangry right now? WHY WOULD YOU EVER STAY HERE 3 YEARS - Either you are CRAZY to work in a terrible environment OR.... maybe not telling the entire truth!?!? Writing "None" as a PRO shows that you were probably the cause of most of your CONs but do not want to take ownership of your own actions. We ALWAYS HAVE CONTESTS running - we just gave away a new car, 5 trips, cruises, TVs, and cash - our current sales contest will send people to CABO! We have a automatic raises that kick in for sales makers that PERFORM. 89% of our leaders are internally grown! Strong performing employees regularly earn $2000+ in commission each month! PTO / BENFITS / NEW PHONES... the list goes on. It seems like you had a bad experience which could potentially tie to your performance, not getting a promotion, and being held accountable. ENERGY CREATE PERFORMANCE. Our leadership team's are responsible for putting the right people in place to make sure that our sales makers are best SUPPORTED to make money and take care of our customers - regardless of age, tenure, or any other factor. We look for high energy individuals that want to win... not people that do the minimum and give excuses. We regularly have calls to hear from top performers on what they recommend we look at so the "disagreeing" is not accurate. We have never expected anyone to be at work the day after a store was robbed. Our culture is about high energy and performance... I am sorry if you did not fit into it. Hopefully you find somewhere where low performance, no accountability, negativity, and grumpiness are rewarded.

Pros

Decent pay, Good work. Fun improving the relationship with your customers.

Cons

Terrible management. If a manager is performing poorly, if an employee is performing poorly, it isn't strike 1, strike 2 strike 3, they get 6 months or more of failing. Which trickles down to the employees. Commission structure changes constantly, seemingly as soon as you find a way to like the current one. Good luck having any kind of a voice that goes against the totalitarian upper management.

Thank you for the feedback. We agree totally with leadership being accountable for performance and making their employees better. I would caution that you may not always see what is going on behind the scenes so it is hard to comment specifically on a "1 - 2 - 3 Strike" process. You are also not correct on compensation plans. The last 3 compensation plan structural changes were 10/2015... 02/2017... 03/2018. If there is anything we can do to help you better understand the amazing opportunities you have with the compensation plan or if you are not receiving the direction you need at the store level - do not hesitate to let me know. We always have an open door policy. Jason@connectivitysource.net
