Pros
It's a job at least And thanks to how poor their pay is how they treat their employees and they way they scapegoat old employees and take 0 blame made it super easy to finally leave them and cell phones for good so I gotta say that's a positive and the only one after 2 in a half years working for them
Cons
Do not shop there and do not work there. They are hands down the worst company I've ever been a part of. They will give you a negative check and fire you for petty bull crap reasons. Do not work or go to any store that's mark connectivity source. Without a doubt the most horrible company I've ever worked for. They act and make it seem like they care about you (employees and customers) but they really really really don't they will screw you on your pay check/bills then try and twist as if it's right and that's what you deserve. Screw this company Also the act like Cancun and a car are them doing great things don't be fooled it's just a fake reward for the suck ups and to trick you into working harder without them paying you your proper commission. Again do not ever work here hands down the worst cell phone company I've ever worked for out of the almost dozen I've worked for
