Pros

Straight forward and honest company in my opinion. Plenty of money to be made if you are willing to put in the work. This is a sales job and I have noticed a lot of complaints from employee's about their hourly being low. In a commission centered job you cannot go to work and expect a high hourly check, all these reviews complaining about money and "sales goals" are too hard to hit are the ones who come in to work and sit on their phones all day and hope a customer comes in to buy things. In ANY sales environment you must be willing to put in the work and reap what you sow. I've made more in one commission check than Ive made in two months of work at my previous job. The goals are no where near as hard to hit as other companies I've worked for.

Cons

A bit unorganized but that's to come with every sales environment. Upper management is way too involved with the stores.

Store Manager

Pros

If you are in high school or at least 18 years of age this is a great start for you, especially if it's your first job. You will learn how to communicate with people, and there an entry-level top technology. Just to let you know the starting rate is 9$ an hour. After a year 10$ an hour.

Cons

Where do I even start, this company has very low wages and they say that their commission has no cap but you have to hit a certain amount of metrics which they switch consistently. It is hard to move up within the company it took me quite a while to move up to store manager. And I still get paid only 28,000 salary. I do not recommend the job if you have a family to support. The company basically has a training system where they kind of throw you out there. Sink or swim is the motto. They will constantly call you for every little thing, they micro manage a lot. We have conference calls every two days and meetings every Thursday night. Nothing ever gets fixed.
