Pros

Work with great people Commission can be great if you reach goals In the beginning it's a great new job...wait for after 90days

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance They do whatever they can to keep commission from you, if too many reach it they'll change it to make it even harder to obtain Upper management cares nothing for employees, store manager and below have no career safety, can be fired for next to no reason If they want you gone, even if they just don't like you, they'll find a reason to fire you Btw they tell reps they like to write positive reviews on here You have to be available to work at all times

Pros

I've never worked for a company that was more innovative. Always looking for new and better ways to do things. That includes finding ways to help us do our jobs easier and more efficiently. This company truly invests in their people. If you work hard, put in the effort, then not only can you decide how much you want to make but the President and Vice President are always looking for new ways reward the best of the best. For example 60+ Top employees in different positions and their +1 were flown all expense paid to Cancun for 4 nights. Seriously what's better than that. Now I'm just waiting to see if I win the trip to Hawaii. Small enough company to interact with senior leadership on a regular basis, but big enough to always have room to grow. The company is always growing and creating new opportunities in every level of the company. Commission plan is crazy. 3 sales reps in one store combined for over $10k in commission in a month. They killed it! The company created an internal training site and actively posts videos on promos, contests and best practices to help "me" make more money!

Cons

Not everyone takes Advantage of the opportunities their given. I see a lot of people given the tools and have time invested in them, only to turn around and quit because it's not as easy as they thought it would be. It's sales, not a clerk job. If it was easy everyone would do it. If you're scared of making money go work at Walmart.

Pros

Great company to work for if you are hard working and want to be pro-active as well as earn amazing money. I have fellow co-worker that are willing to put in the work as sales reps making over 50k per year like myself, again AS A SALES REP.

Cons

It's not for everyone, because it is sales. Unfortunately a lot of today's working class are spoiled baby's that had everything handed to them in life, so they have horrible work ethics (not all their fault, more of their parents fault. Those are the ones that leave bad reviews on here. It's not the company, it is sales that they cannot handle. Disregard the negative reviews because they are not valid at all. I love this company and have done a lot of different work and none stack up against this amazing company, sorry I mean family, because that is what it feels like when you are one that is willing to put in the hard work that sales requires.
