Casual attire. Flexible hours. Can work from home. Generally, pleasant co-workers. Flexible processes (more achievement oriented than process oriented). Currently in a growth spurt.

Cons

High work loads. Fast-paced deadlines. Some disconnect between actual work required to achieve goals set by management and what management perceives as required. Tends to result in employee burn out.
