      Pros

      -Open, collaborative work environment -Excellent benefits -Employees valued and treated with great perks (free lunch, spa days, off-site events, team building, to name a few) -Employees are high quality, professionals and extremely nice to work with -Harmonious environment. -Casual and comfortable environment -Excellent Technology

      Cons

      -Although this is a highly collaborative environment, you still encounter silos just like any other company. You have to speak up and make sure you are heard.

      Pros

      I really love the people and the culture here. Folks are friendly, have a life outside of work, and take pride in what they do. The company is a good size - everyone (including upper management) is approachable and there are several folks who have been here for more than 10 years - which is a testament to the quality of the company. The products are competitive and compelling. We also get free lunch catered from different local restaurants every day - which is a great perk.

      Cons

      Connexity has many different lines of business, so it can sometimes seem a little unfocused. The upside is that the management has been responsive to, and ahead of upcoming changes in the market, and has been able to maintain consistent growth. The downside is that priorities can quickly change as they shift to focus on areas of the business with the most potential. We are playing in a competitive market and have to fight for marketshare.

      Pros

      Management works hard to promote a sense of community, free lunch every day and numerous other events and perks to keep people happy and engaged. Office atmosphere is polite and friendly, easy to get help and advice from others.

      Cons

      Industry as a whole is struggling, multiple rounds of layoffs in the last few years as the company struggles with slowing revenue and changes in overall strategy.
