Pros

Big old Internet company (20 years) with energy and excitement of a startup. Amazing perks: (snacks, lunches, beer connected, amazing parties). Sane hours. Interesting technology. Great management and co-workers. Neat to see old company working hard (and succeeding) at competing and staying relevant. Many of Connexity/Shopzilla's former competitors have simply faded out.

Cons

Company is working to grow and reboot itself. Stakes are high which can be sometimes stressful.
