Pros

It's a fast moving and fun environment offering opportunities for challenging and rewarding projects. Positions have growth opportunity and any one day is not the same in terms of change. If you enjoy the startup vibe, this is definitely it, just a little more buttoned up related to the maturity of the business objectives.

Cons

Not for the employee that prefers a very structured environment, or does not adapt well to change.

Managers often fight for the needs of their employees, small teams give everyone the ability to make an influence. Comfortable work spaces (much nicer than the downsized cubes you see in tech lately), flexible work hours, flexible hardware choices (mac/pc, use your phone or the companies), fun culture, free food.

Cons

Tight budget makes for expansion a bit slower and more methodical but not necessarily a con.

Connexity feels like a family - a great group of caring, creative, intelligent, and passionate folks, who are excited to build awesome products and services for merchants and advertisers. The assets (strong teams of talented people, powerful tech, unique data, and solid client relationships) put the company in a position to continue delivering value to its growing client base.

Cons

Free lunch: I gained 15 pounds in my first 6 months.
