Pros

Good and fun working environment. Lots of international people and the free lunches were great as well.

Cons

I think they paid overall not good salaries. Managing director had no clean line and so didn't the line managers. Massive turn over in people too.

Pros

Free lunch, summer Friday's, great office location with free parking and discounted gym below. Some great, smart people who work hard.

Cons

High school type atmosphere with some of the VPs and those they hand pick from lower ranks. This has caused quite a few people to leave and seek other opportunities. "Friends" give "friends" cool projects/tasks and better opportunities. Many people followed a leader who wasn't into politics over to a new company. Salary is below average and although there are a lot of perks, they don't add up to the money value deserved.

Pros

Great company! Great people! Loads of perks, free lunch, breakfast, fruit, drinks etc. lots of change with acquisitions but future is bright!

Cons

Many people are just so busy. It can be a bit reactive as opposed to proactive at times but this is true of many organisations. Not everyone is as busy though which can be frustrating but this is normally different functions. Lots going on and not always great communication from the top.
