Pros

Location is great. CyberHub is nearby. Great choices for food and drinks. Dunkin donuts and Starbucks only few steps from office. Lunch is free now which is good thing. Work from home is also available unofficially though.

Cons

Employee morale is in general low across all the teams due to people leaving/fired frequently. Recently they fired entire noc team who was doing good work. Cabin culture is promoted. working hours are long but tracking is done based on office entry. Tracking doesn't apply to any of the managers though. This year a performance matrix was introduced to tech teams. It is only demotivating and puts pressure on them to search for better opportunities.

Pros

I really love the people and the culture here. Folks are friendly, have a life outside of work, and take pride in what they do. The company is a good size - everyone (including upper management) is approachable and there are several folks who have been here for more than 10 years - which is a testament to the quality of the company. The products are competitive and compelling. We also get free lunch catered from different local restaurants every day - which is a great perk.

Cons

Connexity has many different lines of business, so it can sometimes seem a little unfocused. The upside is that the management has been responsive to, and ahead of upcoming changes in the market, and has been able to maintain consistent growth. The downside is that priorities can quickly change as they shift to focus on areas of the business with the most potential. We are playing in a competitive market and have to fight for marketshare.

Pros

great leadership within my team, see superiors in my department as mentors, excellent relationship with my manager, great growth opportunities, relaxed and open environment, values employee opinions, dynamic and fast-paced, interesting problems to solve, challenging work, fun events, free lunch, occasional travel.

Cons

appears to be some imbalance or inequality of leadership across departments, accountability and ownership of specific projects is not always present, sometimes things move too slowly.
