Pros

good food, great ambient to work at, learned a lot, good salary

Cons

company went bank rupt so lots of layoffs, Promotions difficult to come by. Layoffs 3 times last year. Little interdepartmental communication and few training opportunities. Many digital tools used are proprietary and so after leaving the company this experience can prove to mean very little.

Pros

- free lunch - flexible office time - appreciation of hard work and good performance recognized - employees motivated to put forth creative ideas - performance is rewarded The recent change in the higher management has worked wonders and the new higher management is all for personal and professional growth of the employees. Now they are ready to giving proper time for team party or spend on employee benefit whereas previously it was difficult to even plan for a party. Favoritism was at its peak under the previous management. Now performance and dedication is the key to success. New ideas are appreciated and time given for poc or building of creative ideas and design. The US/UK counterparts are very approachable and friendly. The business owners respond quickly and are ready to explain the business perspective anytime. The things have changed for good here.

Cons

- less parking space - could have more options for recreation in the company (currently TT table and an xbox console)

Pros

50% off on lunch. Cyber hub alongside, great place to hangout.

Cons

After the senior management changed, in last three months new management made it feel like mining quarry. Office culture is pathetic, favoritism is at the peak, making things work changed to who did this (blame game and never gets solved) and shame him/her. Boot licking is now the new mantra to be successful in this office. We need to take apptment to reach the new closed room directors and instead of motivation you hear bad things about the colleagues (demotivates you). Projects are dying, there are no plans. Overall company changes are yet another story to tell. Everyone is scared and dont raise voices, they can get shot. Technical work is limited to 1-2 folks, everyone else is maintenance. No directions from US team ( not expecting anything from India). As seen rehires are only scolding their teams, not working, cribbing, , back biting. If i was there, I would leave immediately. Think before you do this again. Feedback is not appreciated at all, govt company like job-insecurity rather than MNC like career growth. US/UK team cannt be approached, if you do, you will be made to feel like "achhoot" or a murderer. Instead of motivating, counting hours in office and shamin publically is the new trend. I used to work for 10 hours, now i do 8 because of that. No mentors or managers can tell you how things work, you are prohibited to talk to business owners. We are now the pointers de-allocated without modifying the value. People are treated like r4ts, ship is sinking, r4ts will jump out if continued to be treated like r4ts. Thanks to old management, I got this platform, but will soon leave this place if things dont change.
