Company looks good on paper, but you scratch the surface you see lots of cracks.

Pros

Excellent sense of community, very friendly staff, decent free food and various small perks ( Beer Fridays, treats, gifts, events and parties). Excellent work environment.

Cons

Industry struggling a lot, hence why the multiple rounds of redundancies in the last couple of years. Very high staff turn-over. They struggle to keep good, skilled staff. Salaries are comparatively low.

The company culture and perks of the office are abundant. Their is ample opportunity to learn new skills and their are many opportunities to do team building activities.

Cons

The pay isn't great and sometimes you end up doing much more work than your job stipulates you should do.
