Great benefits, catered lunch every day, generally good coworkers. Good events. There is a break room with a ping pong table that can be good for relieving stress as well as several rooms with comfy chairs.

Cons

Promotions difficult to come by. Layoffs 3 times last year. Little interdepartmental communication and few training opportunities. Many digital tools used are proprietary and so after leaving the company this experience can prove to mean very little.

A good place to work in a dynamic organization like Shopzilla with right project planning and time management. Cutting edge open source technologies to learn. With right attitude you can have great amount of learning and career growth opportunities. Improved parking is a bliss now. Positive,understandable and supportive manager who knows how to make things happen. The best part is he makes you to think about approach and how you gone to do this and why. Brilliant & passionate people. Overall a great place to add skill sets to ones resume with a lot of knowledge to learn about distributed software platforms and business side.

Sometimes feel like its a "corporate" office .
