Being an analyst at Shopzilla I found the company has been moving forward considering employees' growth and carrier at every step. Shopzilla has their operations in many other countries like Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Italy with headquarter based in LA, USA. Company's level one staff is very good including HR manager. The Director of the Company is very hard working and down to earth as it appears in his nature and work. Not only this the VP of India operations is also a simple person and has amazing business knowledge to proceed the company further with a positive approach. If we talk about the facilities the company is providing subsidized meal with team parties at the interval of every quarter of the year. Company's position is very good as the operations has been started recently in different countries as said above. Parking for employees, Travel allowance, subsidized meals, multi tasking environment, variable pay, events, parties, gifts, prizes, medical facility, team lunch, . One can approach Director or VP directly in case of issues if one have any. Engineering Department : Very supportive Director, VP, Managers, Leads all work together. Attend meetings with US, UK etc time to time. Flexible Working hours. Team spirit, Career oriented opportunities. Mr. Glass the CEO of the company had recently come and join us in organization's party at 'The Leela' delivering his speech said about company's growth that had been tremendously increased in the past years with positive attitude of work culture in the company. Nothing can be achieved without hard work with optimistic attitude. All managers are humble as they listen to every employee and ready to support in order to achieve quality work.
