Good co-workers at the lower to mid levels, good location

Cons

Company direction changes almost quarterly, company wide layoffs at least once a year, revolving door at the executive level, very poor search results for the heart of the business, very reactionary business decisions instead of looking to innovate, low pay compared to industry standard, promotions are extremely hard to come by

Subsidized free food. Nothing more to list.

made to work long hours. appraisals were not good last year. same can be expected this year. appraisal are delayed to make you work 6 months into the next year. Performance not at all rewarded, only IIT or ex-Nextag people can get good raises.

Pros

Management is approachable all the time for any & all matters. Performance is rewarded with reasonable hikes and promotion. Growth chances in SEM and Copy ops are good. Learning of systems and new concepts happen regularly. Subsidized food and snacks are nice. Flexible hours are allowed.

Cons

Lack of new processes. Food quality not good in cafeteria. No Cab. If you come with your own vehicle, forget about company paid parking.
