Pros

Some lovely people, free drinks and lunch.

Cons

The core business is slowly dying as it becomes more and more irrelevant. It's a cash cow for the rest of the business, but its also a distraction. Programmatic offers more opportunity, and although there are positives in the offering, the industry is massively saturated, and Connexity will never break through with its current passive, low investment approach. Uninspiring.

Pros

Good mix of nationalities in the office. Free breakfast and lunch. Used to be lots of social events, but these faded somewhat.

Cons

Constant change and redundancies. Top management never changed which is never a good thing. Not the same place it once was.

You get to work wit people with tons of industry experience, free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Quite a depressing, demotivated environment to work in as no one really talks unless it's about work. Cold and soul less corporation who want to be seen as 'cool' seeing as they are no longer a part of Experian.
