Pros

Perform and you will be rewarded. The latest technologies are used almost in every field. There is a high collaborative working style (even from higher management). People which are not hands on doesnt have a place to work. Everyone who remains is hands-on, very supportive and transparent. Great ecommerce platform. Adapt to changes that happen in the inducstry quick. Greatest thing is that everyone is approachable ( upto the MD and CEO ) Never seen this in my previous experience

Cons

Less supportive remote teams. Improvement in cafeteria required. More cultural activities and games required. Good if appreciation is given as awards as well.

Shopzilla is like a family. The people here make it a great place to work and the fun events make all of the hard work worthwhile.

Cons

Teams are run lean - you may have to do more work than your peers at other companies, but it is worth it in the end.

Poor Management in India. Top Management is biased and all managers are friends of MD. No Job stability, growth, promotion, treatment with employees as a slave,wrong job description.. in actual work is difference, No employee can raise their voice against management,very high politics, company can terminate any employee on the spot , no respect for employees, management use abusing language with employees in their cabin.
