Pros

Definitely the people! lots of expert knowledge-sharing but also friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Great benefits and perks, nice office, excellent location. Good work/life balance too.

Cons

Really fast-paced environment and business direction tends to change quite regularly, mainly to meet the demands of the industry. It therefore requires a high degree of resilience and flexibility/adaptability to work here, so it can be challenging at times (never boring!)

Pros

Great company! Great people! Loads of perks, free lunch, breakfast, fruit, drinks etc. lots of change with acquisitions but future is bright!

Cons

Many people are just so busy. It can be a bit reactive as opposed to proactive at times but this is true of many organisations. Not everyone is as busy though which can be frustrating but this is normally different functions. Lots going on and not always great communication from the top.
