* Work Life Balance * Noncustomer facing employees offered remote positions. * Benefit package 3 out 4 stars

Cons

Connexus did not have the right leadership team when executing their recent growth strategy. As a result, had their 3rd round of layoffs in the last 18 months. The SLT did not properly review process and systems prior to growth, creating so much waste that they were unable to weather the economic downfall. Once the downfall started they did not have processes in place to help identify what they were going to face. The Lack of good leadership overwhelmed the company and all the hard work performed by the talented employees cannot negate that.

Pros

Company culture was good and not toxic. Friendly, helpful, and seems to really want their employees to succeed.

Cons

Needs to work on hiring to be more diverse. I was one of very few African Americans to be employed there, but I was a remote worker based out of the state of Wisconsin where they are headquartered.
