A great place to work, but not perfect
Pros
Good pay, I worked there for 3 years and left making 23.10 Good call que's friendly for newer people learning managers are helpful requesting time off is very easy and straight forward and you can use pto right away and you get 3 weeks of it, however the longer you work there if it's still the same after years you can get more PTO for the year
Cons
My team in particular had a terrible manager who is now fired but it took them forever to fire her. I left and would have stayed if she was fired sooner. Some members can be very rude but a lot of them are okay they want you to push their voice recognition software on members and the way they do it is very scummy in my opinion. They basically want to make it not an option to opt out and make it very hard for people to opt out. I dont feel their randomly generated security question system lexis nexis is very good and you can easily guess the answers they have a lot of system issues where things are unusable
