      Pros

      Excellent support and great management team and offer the flexibility that is needed in the modern workplace. What I love is that the MD is not only a great guy who offers great support but is also the top billing consultant within the business. I've not been with the business long but the support I've had has been incredible, they truly back you to succeed!

      Pros

      Excellent culture, made to feel welcome from the word go by majority of the staff. The director treats everyone equally which is great, strong commission structure and a very nice office to match.

      Cons

      The 5:30 finish on a Friday can be futile and unnecessary, especially for those who get in early. Candidates/clients rarely wish to be contacted on a Friday afternoon. A 4pm finish would make sense for those who have done everything admin wise.
