      Pros

      Reasonable targets set for recruiters, as well as nice incentives. The company is growing and looking to expand their offices, as well as moving the main office to a bigger, more modern premises. Generally good vibe throughout the office and staff.

      Cons

      Flexible working hours, and home working need to be offered to staff within reason as it's currently fine for some but not for others.
