Great learning opportunities working on high profile projects.

Cons

Easy to feel lost or overlooked. Can feel almost like a union - you're on the same payscale and same work scale as everyone that you got hired with even if you are better than them, Long hours, incredibly stressful. management doesn't care about you until you make it to their level.
