Pros

Family owned and run. As an intern, I knew Anthony and he remembered my name and said hi to me as he walked through the office. I worked as a project engineer and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They valued a work-life balance and everyone I met was very focused on producing high quality work and making the owner happy. Excellent company culture!

Cons

This was my first experience in construction, and it was for a limited time, but I didn't find anything about the company that I didn't like. I'm just not personally interested in construction so I wouldn't have done it for a long time.

Culture is spot on. Great values, the CEO and Upper Management are brilliant. Upward mobility and ability to progress your career with internal trainings, paid for trainings and connecting with other employees as mentors.

Cons

Construction industry in general is facing growing pains mixed with COVID issues. Nothing different than any other GC
