Disappointing & Stressful Working Environment

spectacular growth in last 15 years, Flex work schedule, 1/2 day Fridays in summer (work life balance), best IT equipment, very friendly/ caring top management in Massachusetts

Cons

Cumbersome one fits all SOP/system, Tight/unrealistic budget, Inexperience purchasing department, Total disconnect between various departments, Lack of accountability among employees, bureaucratic (my way or no way) behavior by the subcontracts department in Massachusetts, High turnover and frequent change in staffing on projects, Lack of support from mid-management (PX level) in critical field issues (always busy). Above factors make it very hard to run projects efficiently and profitably.
