The people are all hard working, supportive and enjoyable to be around. Family-feel atmosphere. Leadership cares about its people and making decisions that impact entire company in a positive way.

Cons

Not a 9-5 type job. Not a lot of diversity.

Pros

The people are top notch, they really live their values and the culture. The work always seems interesing, always something new. There is a ton of training and development, many outside work acitivities and opportunity to advance, no matter where you start.

Cons

The hours are not a "con," they are part of the whole industry. A reality for construction.
