CCC is a place where you can be passionate day in and day out. No matter what job you have, we are all moving towards a common goal. Each person you work with is willing to help no matter what else is going on. Great leadership. True values.

Cons

You will work hard but you will feel the reward. Consigli has done great things to grow and provide opportunities for it's people. At times that feels tough but when you look at it compared to other companies, you know your best interest is always at heart.

Good on-boarding and continued education and training. Great HR department.

Cons

Horribly bullied by direct supervisor and senior management. Constant threat of being fired for no reason. Unrealistic deadlines, expect long hours into the evening. Consigli does not value anyone that is not an executive. No respect.
