      Pros

      Great training both in structured classes and day to day experiences. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that go out of the way to help each other. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Traveling can be inconvenient at times but with fair compensation it is more neutral than negative. Work load can spiral out of control with poor time management.

      Progressive leadership, great people throughout the organization, great vision, and a commitment to constant improvement.

      Cons

      The hours tend to be long, but it comes with the territory and the industry. People here go the extra mile because they want to, not because they have to.

      No work/life balance, meltdowns by management common.

      Pros

      HR and admin are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Be able to adjust to cursing, screaming management who can't handle any pressure. Daily "meltdowns" and negativity common. Management is sexist and ageist. They all know each other, and if you are hired as an "outsider," and aren't submissive, they will try to get you out. Civil engineers here are unqualified and have no personality. Business development has the charm of a snake and intelligence of a bag of rocks. No matter how bad it is where you are currently working, stay there. People leave Consigli, you don't go there.
