Flexible Work. Consistent once they get to know you. Great colleagues (who are disappearing fast due to company culture).

Cons

Consilio bought out multiple companies recently to corner the market on document review. Legility, in particular, had a great culture and long term employees who worked project to project. Consilio took away benefits: HSA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance. If you are just looking for some quick money, go ahead and take a job with them. If you want a company that you can make a career with, keep looking! They have a lot of positions open for a reason.
