Pros

No stress and when you leave for the day you leave your work behind.

Cons

Silly rules. No ability to work remotely even though everything you do is online and password protected to the n th degree. No rewards for being productive. If you can review more than the 40 to 50 docs per hour you still have to sit there in their office because the only thing that matters is how long you are logged into the review platform.

Pros

Decent Benefits compared to a few companies I have seen benefits from. Decent PTO

Cons

Micro Manage Lie and do not do what they promise. They promised to improve medical instead they raise it and thats it. Then when asked about it they claim they never said they would and when asked about phone logs from those calls they claim they do not have them. Ask any of the employees in the Chicago office and they will tell you how many people have left since they acquired Huron Legal Dept. Too many to count. That is never a good sign. Company cares more about its bottom line than its employees. They go against the suggestions of its employees to accommodate 1 client over the hundreds of clients. Very unorganized. SLow network. I can go on an on...

Pros

A fairly decent coffee machine and good vending machines, roomy facilities, good parking, easy access from the FL turnpike.

Cons

Formerly Huron, things have only gotten worse under the Consilio brand name. Consistently the bottom of the barrel in terms of hourly pay. Coders are treated like sheep and herded in and out of training, questions to counsel are discouraged by the glare of management who like to keep things simple. It would appear they prefer to make additional money on the QC and prefer not to train coders properly. The atmosphere is negative and oppressive. Management is rude, arrogant and disrespectful of coders who are made to feel worthless. One manager even coined a term for coders "Click Monkeys" and uses the term liberally. If your self esteem is low from having to resort to coding to make a living as an attorney, stay away from this outfit, they will only make it worse.
