Poor communication, poor management, poor HR processes, expensive benefits, must fit into clique or be outcast.

There are very few positives. Fair pay I guess is the best thing at this company. The owners are not very interested in the welfare of individual employees.

Cons

Declining Margins in Asset Management contracts for the company. Unfair review process.
