Pros

OT if your trying to make extra money

Cons

Should you receive an offer from this department, I strongly advise against accepting it. They have a high turnover rate and hire indiscriminately. Since January 2023, they've lost over 16 operators due to poor management and excessive micromanagement. If you do accept, be prepared for constant surveillance with 16 cameras in the control room, strict phone policies, and micromanagement of breaks and time away from the desk. They arbitrarily enforce rules for their own convenience. Additionally, be cautious with HR, as they may not support you and could even act against you based on unfounded complaints. The lack of structure in management and inadequate training mean you'll essentially be left to figure things out on your own. Please choose another company! This is a revolving door company.

Pros

Opportunity to grow. Downtown location.

Cons

Little flexibility on working from home post-COVID which caused a lot of employee turnover. Management’s mindset is outdated and thinks that working from home equals reduced work hours. Also little to no training or focus on diversity & inclusion; people get away with unacceptable and unprofessional behaviors and face little consequences. People unqualified for their jobs are constantly being hired and get away with underperforming, while the few qualified people are overworked.
