      Profit sharing is subjective based on judgement of location manager. Corporate culture discourages healthy work-life balance.

      A great benefit to CED is that many employees can enjoy a great work-life balance because of our working hours. Many of our locations operate Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm. This allows many of our employees to have weekend and weeknights enjoyed with family. CED's profit sharing program is determined by each profit center's success and distributed by the local manager.

      Pros

      Met some really good people. Old manager cared about employees

      Cons

      Way to many family members. If you weren't a cousin or son you were automatically an outcast. When the family would go on vacation the office turned into a ghost town leaving all the work for the remaining three people. New manager was a jerk. Found out he eventually got fired.

      Pros

      As a college student interviewing with CED I was told "this is the best company you've never heard of." As a current employee of CED's with more than 10 years experience I could not agree more. If you are a driven, ambitious person with the will to succeed this a great place to come work. CED let's their people make the decisions that drive success or failure at each location individually. The autonomous decision making authority CED allows me to have to decide what makes my business most successful is the best part of my job. The compensation structure rewards those that work hard and make a positive impact on the business.

      Cons

      If you need someone to tell you what to do each day, CED would not be a great fit in a sales or leadership position.
