      Well managed - Good growth potential - Coporate level executives seem to have a genuine interest in doing right by their employees from the ground up - Profit sharing (mainly a benefit for non-salesmen) - Retention rates are great

      Use of profit sharing over commission in some divisions (really only an issue for outside salesmen)
