      Family business feel, but the power of a large company

      Pros

      CED Salt Lake City has a winning atmosphere and environment Management dares to try new things and invest in the future. Employees wear many hats and dont stick with "that's not my job"

      Cons

      You will be trained on the go. Don't expect a formal training schedule. Goal setting and performance reviews are not a priority
