      Profit sharing is subjective based on judgement of location manager. Corporate culture discourages healthy work-life balance.

      A great benefit to CED is that many employees can enjoy a great work-life balance because of our working hours. Many of our locations operate Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm. This allows many of our employees to have weekend and weeknights enjoyed with family. CED's profit sharing program is determined by each profit center's success and distributed by the local manager.

      Thank you for your review. CED cares about every aspect of the business and every person contributing to it. Every part has to be working properly in order to run a successful business. It's unfortunate to hear you felt that management did not care about the warehouse.
