No structure, no one is held accountable, upper management doesn't assist when needed, tempers flare often with some employees, unprofessional work environment with countless employees slamming carts, some punch trucks, some coworkers find it appropriate to yell and curse at others. Some employees work harder then others then management thinks that their extra work is standard and they allow others to pass by doing the bare minimum and that creates a tense work environment for everyone.
